Q2 2024 iOS City Building Games Performance in the US

In Q2 2024, the iOS platform saw varied performances among the top City Building games in the US. This data, provided by Sensor Tower, offers insights into the trends of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users for these popular applications.

SimCity BuildIt experienced fluctuating revenue over the quarter, peaking at $959K in late April before settling at $532K by the end of June. Downloads remained relatively stable with a slight increase to 360K in the final week of June. Weekly active users showed a downward trend from 2.69M to 2.57M in the same period.

The Simpsons™: Tapped Out also saw variable revenue, with a notable spike to $618K in early June. Downloads for the game peaked at 459K in the first week of April and saw a modest dip to 332K by the quarter's end. Weekly active users started at 3.03M and had a slight decrease to 2.75M.

For Isekai:Slow Life, revenue peaked at $534K mid-April but then dropped to $95K by late June. The game's downloads had a sharp decrease from 569K in the second week of April to zero by the end of June. Its weekly active users followed a similar downward trajectory, dropping from 618K to 342K.

Merge County® from Microfun Limited showed a decrease in revenue from $395K to $132K throughout the quarter. Downloads were minimal, with the highest at 46 in the week of May 20th. Weekly active users decreased from 142K to 84K over the quarter.

Lastly, Land of Empires: Immortal saw its revenue decrease from $134K to $22K, with no new downloads recorded throughout the quarter. Weekly active users remained relatively flat, with a minor decrease from 30 to 26.
